At The Optic Shop, we want you to love your new eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all frames in their original condition. Please ensure all security tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original branded case and packaging to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
